Medical Director, Sara Thronburg APRN, FNP-C, RNFA Sara is our Medical Director at Saguaro, where she integrates her expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a personal passion for aesthetic medicine and wellness. With a strong foundation in nursing and advanced clinical training, Sara leads the clinical team in delivering innovative treatments that prioritize both health and beauty. A strong commitment to best practice, she ensures expertise every client receives the highest standard of care. In addition to their role at the here at Saguaro, Sara is dedicated to the Casper community. Being born and raised in Casper, she has a strong conviction to the community. She has served as a CASA advocate for 7 years and is also serving as executive board member for the Wyoming Rescue Mission, with her personal motto, “always give more than you receive.” Outside of her professional endeavors, Sara is an avid Lady Angler enjoying fishing both local waters as well as traveling to some of the most remote waters in the world. She is a dedicated wife and mother, and if she’s not providing patient or client care, she can be found spending time with and supporting her children. With an unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of her clients or patients, Sara is excited to join Saguaro in this new era of integrated health and beauty.
